GWFG is seeking a senior-level transactional real estate associate with extensive experience representing sophisticated clients in connection with all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting contracts of sale, financing documents, operating and joint venture agreements with respect to the sale and acquisition of a broad range of asset classes ranging from multifamily/residential, commercial, office buildings, mixed use properties, hotels, distressed assets and vacant land. Junior-Level Transactional Real Estate Associate

GWFG is seeking a junior-level transactional real estate associate that is a self-starter and eager to learn and become an integral part of our team.  An excellent opportunity for the right candidate to receive top-notch training with exposure to all aspects of real estate transactions from sales and dispositions, financings, corporate structuring, leasing and more.  Tasks will include performing due diligence for buyers and sellers, conducting title review and clearance, and facilitating and participating in commercial real estate closings for a wide array of asset classes.
