Benjamin Vanderhyden is an attorney in the Tax Certiorari Practice Group.  Prior to joining the firm Mr. Vanderhyden practiced securities litigation in New York City representing shareholders nationally in both federal and state court in the context of mergers and acquisitions for claims based on the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and for breaches of fiduciary duties.

Mr. Vanderhyden received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2023 and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2020.  He is admitted to practice in New York.
