Bryant Churbuck represents clients in a broad range of insolvency-related matters. As part of the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group, he advises distressed debtors, statutory committees, lenders, and individual creditors on all aspects of out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 reorganizations, liquidations and related litigation.

While in law school, Bryant served on the board of the Moot Court Honor Society and as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Bryant also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel R. Palmieri of the New York State Supreme Court and for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Following graduation from law school, Bryant served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sean H. Lane of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
