Daniel J. Slatz, a partner of the firm, has extensive experience handling general and sophisticated real estate transactions and related matters. The scope of his practice includes commercial real estate acquisition and sales (office buildings, multi-family and hotels), sale of properties with retention of interests in the property including via equity in the buyer or receipt of condominium units after development of the property; real estate development, real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale of development rights, preparation and negotiation of condominium declarations for private sale of condo units, purchase and sale of mortgage loans, separation of business partners in real estate, representation of non-profits in real estate transactions and various novel real estate transactions.
