Elliot is an associate focusing on the corporate structuring of real estate transactions. Elliot represents clients in joint venture agreements across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions, development, refinancings and restructurings.

Elliot received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.T.L. from Yeshiva College of DC.
