Erica D. Vitanza is an associate in the firm’s real estate department. Ms. Vitanza is active in several aspects of the firm’s real estate practice, including sales and acquisitions, financing and lending, including construction, mezzanine, and note on note lending. Ms. Vitanza’s clients range from corporations, institutional property owners and developers to young entrepreneurs who may be entering into their first purchase and need the guidance Ms. Vitanza’s years of expertise can provide.

Ms. Vitanza received her Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Florida, and her law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law. Ms. Vitanza is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey.
