Mark Douglas is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Mark has over fifteen years of experience prosecuting and defending clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate, general business, intellectual property, white-collar, trust & estate, securities fraud and bankruptcy disputes.

Prior to joining Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP, Mark practiced law with other prominent law firms in New York City, Long Island, and abroad.

Mark graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 2009 and earned a bachelor’s degree in international politics & economics from Middlebury College. Mark is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
