Mike is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy Department.  Mike has vast experiences in all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring law as well as in other distressed scenarios, including commercial foreclosures.

Prior to joining Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP, Mike practiced law with other prominent bankruptcy firms in the North East region and also completed clerkships for the Honorable John S. Hodge, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Louisiana and the Honorable Wendy Kinsella, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of New York.

Mike received his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law where he graduated cum laude and received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California-Berkeley.  Mike is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey and California.
