Yan Laurency is a partner Firm’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Laurency has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants of office, industrial, retail, restaurant and other commercial properties in all aspects of leasing, commencing with the negotiation of letters of intent through and including lease commencement and buildout. Unlike many practitioners in the field, Mr. Laurency has a keen understanding of construction and insurance issues, which enables him to add value in negotiating an LOI as well as business operations.

Mr. Laurency’s practice is diverse as it includes representing some of the largest institutional real estate owners and developers in New York as well as small owner-run Pilates, dental and medical practices, and treats every client like they are his only client, no matter the size of the transaction.

Mr. Laurency is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York.
